Each SkySignet ring is a bespoke 1/1 object designed and cast specifically for you. Because every ring is made to order, all sales are final.
Before casting begins, you will receive a digital proof of your natal chart composition for approval. You may request one revision to the design at no charge at this stage. Once the proof is approved and casting begins, no further design changes are possible.
If your ring arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it at no charge.
SkySignet ships worldwide. International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that while we cover the cost of shipping, any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes assessed upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. SkySignet has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.
Please note that customs processing may add time to your delivery estimate. SkySignet is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
