By placing a commission with SkySignet, you agree to the following terms. SkySignet is operated by Lotus Research & Design, LLC.
All SkySignet rings are made to order and are paid for in full at the time of commission. Payment is non-refundable once casting has begun, as materials are acquired and work commences immediately upon confirmation.
Shipping is fully insured. You will receive tracking information when your ring is dispatched.
Standard production time is approximately four weeks from the start of casting. Timelines may vary based on complexity and material availability. You will be notified of any significant delays.
Each SkySignet design is an original composition by Jesse Sky. The natal chart calculation, artistic arrangement, and engraving design are authored works protected by copyright. The physical ring is yours; the design itself remains the intellectual property of Jesse Sky and Lotus Research & Design, LLC.
Because every ring is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns. If your ring arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right.
You are responsible for providing an accurate ring size. We recommend professional sizing before ordering. One complimentary resize may be offered at our discretion within 30 days of delivery, subject to the feasibility of the metal chosen.
SkySignet and Lotus Research & Design, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your commission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
